Return and Refund Policy, effective 22nd November 2018
Thank you for shopping at Fancypantsrodgers Illustration’s online store.
Please read this policy carefully. Refunds are only applicable where Fancypantsrodgers Illustration is deemed to be in breach of the Terms set out below.
A refund will be issued only at the discretion of Fancypantsrodgers Illustration. Fancypantsrodgers Illustration reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund at any time prior to delivery.
All sales are final, unless the item appears to be damaged. In this case, please indicate this to the delivery service provider in writing, prior to signing for the goods. Once You have signed for the goods, please inspect them and contact Fancypantsrodgers Illustration via telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving delivery of your order. We advise You to take photographs of any damage, for your own reference. All products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, with all postage and insurance costs paid by the customer. Once the damaged item is received by Us, We may be able to claim compensation from the relevant delivery company on your behalf and reproduce the work for You. We recommend that You return the item via a tracked/signed-for service which provides a proof of signature on arrival, and that You pre-pay all postage to ensure a safe delivery. You will assume any risk of lost, damaged, or stolen goods during return transit. We advise You to arrange a postal/shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Should You choose not to purchase insurance, Fancypantsrodgers Illustration will not be held responsible for any parcel(s) lost or damaged in transit. Please include the relevant invoice number when placing your refund or replacement request.
If an item has not arrived safely to the recipient's delivery address within 14 days of order placement, please contact Us so that We can investigate with the postal/shipping carrier. Refunds and replacements will be at the discretion of Fancypantsrodgers Illustration and will be dependent on the circumstances unique to each order.
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of a replacement item when a damaged bespoke item is returned as the services have been specially customised to meet your requirements on request. We do not offer a refund or replacement for goods that are not damaged.
