For the purposes of the below Terms and Conditions, "You" is defined as the Visitor to the website, who is browsing the available products and engaging in a business transaction in order to Purchase said products. The term “Purchase” is defined as an exchange of money for a product, resulting in a business transaction where You become the customer. "Fancypantsrodgers Illustration" is Jen Rodgers, a sole trader based in the UK who will review and accept offers to Purchase, confirm the order, supply the goods and arrange for delivery of the goods upon receipt of payment. Please note that Fancypantsrodgers Illustration reserves the right to decline/refuse orders at any time.
Unless otherwise defined in this Terms and Conditions document, Terms used have the same meanings as in Our Privacy Policy, also accessible from https://www.fancypantsrodgers.com.
All orders placed by You must be placed in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions. If You wish to Purchase any product made available through the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including Personal and Non-Personal information. More detailed information regarding the information We may request can be found in Our Privacy Policy.
Fancypantsrodgers Illustration displays an online shop, through which You can Purchase Limited Edition Giclée Art Prints, and made-to-order Greeting Cards. More product lines may be added at any time. Please see further details below:
- All prices shown are in UK currency (£GBP).
- The dimensions provided on the shop product page reflect the approximate size of the finished print, however, they may not always be 100% accurate as particular Prints and Greeting Cards may be cropped by hand, therefore resulting in small inconsistencies.
- The colour of each Print/Greeting Card may vary to what is displayed on the website. This can occur due to different monitor settings, computer hardware, colour bit depths and various other reasons.
- All orders will be posted/shipped via Royal Mail. Please see the checkout section of the shop page for shipping costs (calculated by order weight and the delivery method selected). As You complete your order, You will also find information on delivery time-frame estimates.
- For orders within the United Kingdom, please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Wherever possible, your goods will be dispatched and shipped/posted as soon as possible, however We cannot be held responsible for circumstances which are beyond Our control (such as the loss or damage of a parcel in transit). Where applicable, We may be able to claim compensation on your behalf, but this is at the discretion of the postal carrier and is also dependent on the delivery option chosen by You.
- For International orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- All Artwork Prints are unframed, so that You can choose your own suitable framing when your item arrives.
- Depending on the size and quantity ordered, Prints are cushioned flat between 2000 micron greyboard sheets, protected with acid free tissue paper, packaged in a cellophane protective sleeve and posted in a cardboard-backed envelope or rolled in a sturdy tube.
- Blank inside, all Greeting Cards come complete with envelope and packaged in an individual cellophane sleeve for protection. They are then shipped/posted in a padded envelope, within a cardboard-backed mailer.
- When You Purchase an item, You agree that: (i) You are responsible for reading the full item specification before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to Purchase an item when You commit to buy an item and You complete the checkout payment process.
- All product prices are listed on this website. We reserve the right to change Our pricing at any time for products displayed, and to correct pricing errors that may occur. Additional information regarding pricing is available on the check-out page.
- Fancypantsrodgers Illustration reserves the right to refuse sale of an item to an individual or group at any given time, even if payment has been made. In such instances, a full refund will be processed promptly.
- By completing your Purchase, You are acknowledging and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
Within the United Kingdom, We use the following Royal Mail services for deliveries, which You can select during the checkout process. Please note that in addition to the delivery estimates listed below, You will also need to allow for order processing times. You should receive your item(s) within 1-7 working days for UK orders.
Royal Mail First Class
This method aims to deliver your item(s) within 1-3 working days (after order processing). Please note that this is not a trackable or signed-for service, and therefore loss or damage to your Purchase is at your own risk. Royal Mail may compensate for up to £20 in loss or damage, but note that this is at their discretion. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required.
Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class
This method aims to deliver your item(s) within 1-3 working days (after order processing) and includes proof of delivery (a signature from the recipient). Royal Mail may compensate for up to £50 in the case of loss or damage, but note that this is at their discretion, and therefore loss or damage to your Purchase through transit is at your own risk. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required.
Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature
This method aims to deliver your item(s) on the next working day (after order processing) and includes full online tracking, SMS/email recipient notifications, a “safe place” option if no-one is home, and a signature from the recipient on delivery. Royal Mail may compensate for up to £100 in the case of loss or damage, but note that this is at their discretion. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®
This method aims to deliver your item(s) on the next working day (after order processing) and includes full online tracking, a signature on delivery online or on your mobile. Royal Mail may compensate for up to £500 in the case of loss or damage, but note that this is at their discretion. Additional compensation is available for items up to £2,500 – please see the shipping options on checkout for details. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your item(s), and the date by which your item(s) are required.
International Delivery:
International delivery is now available – item(s) should be received within 1-14 days of order placement. The following options are available for International orders:
Royal Mail International Standard
This method aims to deliver your item(s) within 5-7 working days (after order processing). Please note that this is not a trackable or signed-for service, and therefore loss or damage to your Purchase is at your own risk. Royal Mail may compensate for up to £20 in loss or damage, but note that this is at their discretion. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required.
Royal Mail International Signed
This method aims to deliver your item(s) within 5-7 working days (after order processing). Your signature is captured on delivery and the item is only handed over once it has been signed for. Please note that a copy of the signature cannot be provided.
Royal Mail may compensate for up to £50 in the case of loss or damage (with proof of posting and evidence), but note that this is at their discretion. International Signed is also available with compensation cover of up to £250, and can be chosen at checkout. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required. International Signed item(s) are tracked until the point that they leave the UK only.
Royal Mail International Tracked
This method aims to deliver your item(s) within 5-7 working days (after order processing). International Tracked items receive priority handling at home and overseas, and benefit from an online tracking facility which enables you to check its progress right through to delivery. Please note that a signature is not taken on delivery.
Royal Mail may compensate for up to £50 in the case of loss or damage (with proof of posting and evidence), but note that this is at their discretion. International Tracked is also available with compensation cover of up to £250, and can be chosen at checkout. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required. International Tracked item(s) are electronically scanned at 6 different points in the UK and overseas, until the point of delivery. The progress may be viewed online with online confirmation of delivery provided.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
This method aims to deliver your item(s) within 5-7 working days (after order processing). International Tracked & Signed item(s) are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided. The item is only handed over once it has been signed for, but a copy of the signature cannot be provided.
Royal Mail may compensate for up to £50 in the case of loss or damage (with proof of posting and evidence), but note that this is at their discretion. International Tracked & Signed is also available with compensation cover of up to £250, and can be chosen at checkout. Please ensure that You choose a delivery method which best suits the value of your items, and the date by which your item(s) are required. International Tracked item(s) are tracked in the UK and overseas, until the point of delivery. You can view the progress of your item online, right through to delivery.
Please note that not all options are available for each location. On checkout, you will only be shown those options available for your destination.
